National Squad Training

Every month national squad training takes place. It's open to all PUMA students.

Please see the calendar for upcoming sessions and venues. Usually it takes place at Yate Leisure Centre but also the Oasis Leisure Centre in Swindon. Check calendar for next session and venue.

A kickboxing instructor is now available at all sessions.

Cost £10 per session.

Official White Doboks and belts required for patterns part of training session.

Please bring your Licence, a full set of safety equipment, a student (smartie) pad and spare t-shirt.
