Basic Self Defence:
3 Step Sparring 1-2
Sim Sparring 3 (Sliding Side-kick)
Forwards: Right W.S. Straight fingertip thrust.
Backwards: W.S. Middle side backfist.
Forwards: W.S. Outerforearm wedging block. Turn and block
Forward: Front snap kick, double punch. Turn and block
Forward: Side piercing kick
Backwards: W.S. Outerforearm high block, reverse middle punch.
Forwards: L.S. Middle reverse punch.
Backwards: L.S. Outerforearm inward block
